Director Biography - Salomon AskenaziAdam
Salomon was born February 1st, 1985 in Mexico City. He attended film school at NYFAin NY and CENTRO in Mexico. In 2011 he directed his first feature, titled “Ocean Blues” acquired by Netflix and Amazon. He won best director at Festival de Cine De Monteria and the film was distributed by Cineteca Nacional. He is also producer and editor of “The Incident”, which played at Fantastic Fest and Sitges. His second movie “Dos Veces Tú” (2018) played at Fantasporto, Santa Barbara and Merida-Yúcatan and premiered commercially in 50 screens in Mexico, getting overall good reviews. He directed his third film “El Rey de la Fiesta” (2020) a psuychological thriller that is set to premiere soon.
