Eddie moved to Hollywood California in 1986 at the age of 22 and immediately got his start shooting Hollywood publicity parties. For a few years, he assisted other photographers as an extra shooter at these parties and events. He eventually got his break and started shooting TV and motion production stills for major studio publicity departments and firms.

Edward learned everything about lighting by working in the Hollywood trenches. Through trial and error, he mastered the skills of handling studio and natural lighting.

The early years in Hollywood, Ed, spent all of his free time exploring old Hollywood bookstores and delving deep into the works of the Hollywood master photographers and contemporary greats the likes of; George Hurrell, Lazlo Willinger, Richard Avedon, Herb Ritts, Annie Leibovitz, and Helmut Newton.

From Heath Ledger to Bette Davis, from Oscars to Headshots, Eddie has been a prolific photographer in the industry and has captured some of the most memorable and candid moments in Hollywood history.
